Saturday 28th June 2025

 Hello, busy day today, got lots done. We started with the fireplace. My steelwork idea worked out and I now have a facing plate. I think I’ll dress it with slate or I guess I could just paint it. 

I then spent the day painting the dining room area ceiling. Sore arms. Jim worked on the oil tank pipe - scaffold pole accross the drive bit for the blue pipe to go through. 

Scaffold down today too from the rear chimney area - finished with the scaffold on the house  ~ yay. 

I have the whole house to paint - it feels like a lot right now !
