 Hi! 

Today was a mixed jobs day ! 

Refilled the bait traps (mostly empty 😱), hovered the house to give it a wee tidy up and stay ontop of the spiders. Also went round the trees at the front of the house sorting out the guards. The Rowan trees are doing really well and so is the Cherry. Amazing growth on them in 2 years. The deer are nibbling the tops of some of them, hopefully the stalkers keep the deer numbers down. 

Loads of slugs in the bottom field as well as dozens of mole hills! We also have mole hill HQ up nearer the house - it’s huge! 

On the work front Jim finished off the east chimney stack - skimming it with cement. Hopefully it will stay dry now. I cleared the mortar from the foot of the house at the front and had a look at the flooring at the back door. 

The next job is to sort the plasterboard that is damaged at the back door so the plasterer can get in. 

I also need to get painting … and order the rads.. and … and rob a bank 🤣
