Saturday 13th April

 First day up the hill for about a month. Very mixed day weather wise - driving rain, sunshine, hail stones - ugh, you name it we had it. 

Tried to paint the top of the gable,  but the weather put a stop to that. Used the lime mix on the shed wall which was sheltered from the weather. 

I had my first near miss on the scaffold today, the top ladder slipped back when I stood on it but I managed to handg on ! It was a slow motion moment 🫢. Bit of a sore shoulder and arm from hanging on like a monkey ! 

I planted my snow drop bulbs today and put fertiliser on the grass too - not a wasted day by any means.
